Yesss, I know eating healthy isn’t always the easiest. But I believe our bodies are vessels and what we put into them matters. I love sharing meals that are high in protein to support strength and recovery, along with other foods that are simply nutritious and well balanced. I’m big on the 70/30 rule—fuel your body with intention most of the time and leave room to enjoy life too.
